TBE awareness in the orienteering community

Pfizer and IOF are partnering in spreading awareness about TBE to the society of orienteers. TBE, tick-borne encephalitis, is a rare but dangerous infection. It is transmitted by infected ticks, meaning that orienteers are particularly exposed. IOF has recently conducted an online study investigating awareness about the disease TBE among orienteers.

We asked the orienteering community about several of the ways ticks and TBE may affect their life.
