Ski Orienteering season ended with a victory for Sweden

Sweden team won the Mixed Sprint Relay at the IOF Ski Orienteering World Cup final in the Craftsbury, Vermont, USA.

Despite an early mistake on the first leg and a broken ski on the last leg, the Swedish duo of Erik Rost and Tove Alexandersson repeated their success from the European Championships and won a second consecutive Mixed Sprint Relay this season.

The Russian team of Eduard Khrennikov and Tatyana Oborina finished in the second position, 19 seconds behind the winners.

A third place went to the second team of Sweden – Martin Hammarberg and Magdalena Olsson, who finished 50 seconds behind the winning time.
