Russia won the women’s relay and Norway the men’s relay at the Junior World Orienteering Championships in Hungary.
Russia outperformed race favorites and won the gold in the women’s class, finished 1 minute 8 seconds ahead of Czech Republic and 1 minute 50 seconds ahead of Norway.
In the men’s class Norway took a lead in the second leg and finished with a comfortable margin.
Sweden finished in silver medals position, 2 minutes 27 seconds behind and Czech Republic in bronze, 5 minutes 20 seconds behind.
